I believe birds are lactose intolerant, which means they cannot digest the milk products properly. Many animals r this way actually. When the milk is cooked as in baking it breaks down the enzymes the birds cannot digest.So using milk in recipes is fine.I'm not an expert but it works this way with humans alot of times.
I read on another website that quakers can eat cottage cheese, so now I'm confused lol should I not let my baby have any? And do you know if the seeds inside a kiwi are dangerous for quakers because I know they cant have any seeds or pits is this the same for the lil black ones in kiwi, really curious because I bought her some and cut the outside without the seeds and she seemed to really like it. She is only 12 weeks old so I am curently trying out new foods with her lol
