I found this mix that has brown rice, wild rice, red rice, and quinoa.  I was wondering if red rice and wild rice are safe for parrots?  Thanks!

I think any kind of rice is okay, with some being better than others. As with us, brown is nutritionally better than white. Red is partially unhulled, so should also be better than white. Wild rice is not actually rice, but should be fine for a Quaker. My general rule of thumb is that if it's healthy for me, it's good for my birds, with some notable exceptions, like avocado, fruits with pits, chocolate, etc.
