I have a friend that their quaker born a baby and his legs are splayed. I need as much help as I can get to try to give her.

If you type "splayed legs" into the search box at the top of the Forum pages, you'll get a list of several posts which mention the subject. Maybe there's something there that will be helpful. You might also try a Google search in the same way (or whichever search engine you prefer). I have no experience with splayed legs, so unfortunately I have no advice of my own to offer.
