My best friend and Shah's Nemesis has passed away suddenly.  Whenever I had to take him to the vet (which is an hour away) she would nurse his travel cage on her lap.  He sat with his back to her for the entire trip.  She said he was a great manipulator and called him "The Brat".

I am absolutely devastated by the news.  Rest in peace my special friend - you will always live in my heart.

Thanks everyone.  I had no sleep last night - just wandered the house and couldnt settle - shock I guess.  Shah has done nothing but bite and abuse me for a number of days now but when I got him up this morning he gave me lots of kisses and was absolutely adorable.  I really appreciated him being kind to me and I gave him lots of cuddles and kisses.

I'm so sorry, Jan!  Take good care of yourself, and your other fids...and give yourself time to grieve. (((((HUGS)))))
