Well Cooper was about 8 weeks when this pic was taken, he knew what to do so I imagine he'd had them earlier. I would think 6 or 7 weeks would be a good time? Anyone else know??

The correct answer is "Whenever they want too!" I mean you can lead a Quaker to water - but there is no way to MAKE them bathe.

Chula and Bonnie are quick studies - they jumped right into tubs once I splashed a little with my hand. Hank waited a whole year! Now he bathes almost daily.

Jelly showers every other day or so and the big guy Rico has not showed interest - but then he is shy and scared still. Offer a tub with a little water and if the baby is ready, the baby will jump in!

Cooper is so cute! How did he get so wet with such a low water line???? Mine get deeper baths to get that wet!

"you can lead a Quaker to water - but there is no way to MAKE them bathe" OMG sooo true!

Well, the low water line was because it was his first bath, so I wanted to take it easy on him and wasn't sure how he'd react. He did a lot of splashing around and quite enjoyed himself.

Nowadays; however, he won't go near a bathtub (even though he asks me "you wanna have a bathtub?" every now and again) He will only use his small water dish which is rather annoying cuz it mucks up his papers and for the most part only gets his underside wet.
I have been resorting to misting him occasionally, but I dont think he particularly appreciates that either
