Simie is wearing out his favorite toy after 8 years of loving it. The plastic is getting flaky and I can't find another one, I tried to replicate it but can't make it the same and the stinker knows the difference. Any help to get him a new one is greatly appreciated.

I've never seen one just like that. Did you look at Drs. Foster and Smith online? They have a ton of stuff.

Yes I checked there, no luck. I think I got it from one of the parrot rescue or sanctuary sites but it was so long ago I can't remember.

And a toy "like" it won't do. Jade has a toy like that. I know I got it at a bird show, but no idea who the vendor was, and it was handmade. If it ever wears out, we are in deep weeds, because she LOVES that toy.

Believe me I have looked, googled and shopped all over and can't find one. He sleeps against it or in it, we have to take it with us from house to house when we travel. Going to try to find the chains and replace them and just hope I don't break it trying to change them

Good rescue for toys is www.centerforavianrehab.org they make them by hand (and by the way I've made some, it takes FOREVER) and the end results are amazing!
