Kay its loaded on as a J`peg not the gif formate ...is it saved as a gif (blinkie avatar) on your computer..??? :huh:if you right click on it and go to properties it says J`peg ..it has to be in gif formate to move..
here is is again in gif formate see if it will save as a blinkie on your computer now right click on it and save to a folder on your computer then try to load it in your avatar section again..Good Luck..Here I also made your original siggy Blink too..

Nope, asked hubby and he has no clue. I'm stumped LOL! Maybe I need an animated program on my computer? When I save it as a gif. it saves it as a still picture.

WAIT!!!!!!!!!! I did it!!!!!!!! I deleted the ones I saved from my computer and deleted the avatar and restarted the computer and redid everything and LOOKIE!!!! It's blinking!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!
