***Note: if the following instructions sound too complicated to mess with, you don't have to change anything at all. The time displayed on the forum may not match your local time, but this will NOT cause any actual problems on the forum. This procedure is for those who want the times on the forum (including the times that posts are made) to display in their own local time.

As most of you know, we had a time change last night. Even though our server handles the time change automatically, some forum members may notice that the time on the forum is an hour off.

To check the time, scroll down to the bottom of any page - the time is always listed in the bottom right corner. The time displayed there should match YOUR local time.

If it doesn't, you'll want to click on "My Controls" at the top of the page. Next, click on "Board Settings" which is in the left-hand menu under "Options."

From this page, you'll first want to make sure that your "Base Time Zone" is correct for your location. If that needs changed, go ahead and change that first and then click "Change my Account Options."

Check the time once again at the bottom of the page. If it is an hour off, then you'll need to go back to the "My Controls" page and either add or remove the check in the box for Daylight Savings Time and submit the change.
Go to the top of the page
