I know cooked okra is ok. Just wondered about raw sliced up. Does anyone feed this to their quaker?

Charlie will eat raw okra. I usually cut it up and then wash the slime out of it.

I've given it to my birds raw. The slimey part is gross, but it's a healthy veggie
