I know mine is nothing compared to some horror stories I hear.

Bindi has...
chewed up my reading glasses
chewed the Ctrl key off of my computer.

What has yours done?

Squeek has pulled strings and sequens off of almost all of my shirts.

Chewed holes in all the bag of food, which are now in plastic airtight containers.

Bitten a chunk off of my ear, still healing thanks... Nothing to major. I don't let her near the computer.

Baby = Good bird doesn't destroy ANYTHING!

Haven't had Skittles too long but she has broken the ctrl key on hubbies lap-top ohmy.gif

Thankfully that's all she's done, but she doesn't have free run of the house either. tongue.gif

Bo acts like he is looking somewhere else and "quicker than a cat" snips a button off my shirts, comes back in a few minutes and gets another one. I now wear pull-overs

He akso bites holes in my shirts, so I have one I wear when he is climbing all over me. It looks like a puzzle.

He also likes to help me paint and often takes of running through the paint and onto my arm or the table, making cute little footsies all over everything...then into the bath. That makes him mad. I think he likes having paint on him. I wonder if he was an artist in a former life. laugh.gif

Kiwi only shreds my fingers. ohmy.gif

Oh my...There are too many things to name... Actually my quakers are pretty good about not destroying anything but The cockatoo...Well besides ME, she's chewed the molding off 2 window's the oak trim off the bottom of my couch, chewed holes IN the back of my couch, shes destroyed the box and foam packing and scratched a brand new toaster oven that I had sitting on the couch... Shes mutilated 2 or 3 mini blinds, the buttons off of one TV remote and she's chewed the cord partially in two on my shop vac. And the most recent...one of my tennis shoes with ME in it and....ME ...again!

Billy Hasn't chewed on nothing he's not supposed too

my budgies only chew on their stuff

but my kids teils did nibble holes in my daughters shirt - BUT it was an old shirt, but I've had her start getting their attention on somthing else, that way if she doesn't have an old shirt on one of these days we don't have to worry about holes bieng chewed in their clothes

Maj was nice enough to destroy a hand made necklace that my DH made for me out of some very pretty stones. I saved all the beads but haven't put it back together yet. I now wear silver but watch when holding him because I am unsure if it is harmful or not

I haven't encountered too much destruction. Maya like to take sequins off Susi's tops, so does Loco for that matter. Some plastic blinds have been slightly mangled.

Buddy is the clothing eater. He likes to chew on my pants, near the fly no less. ohmy.gif So far no personal damage there. laugh.gif

I can't wear any sweatshirts or sweaters with zippers around Buddy. He has wrecked pretty much every zipper I own. Those plastic zippers just don't stand up to his beak.

For the most part we just don't allow them to get into situations where they could cause damage. wink.gif

Well.... there's countless shirts that are dead now, the desk chair in my room is poopinated, she took one of the rhinestones out of my favorite earrings, and then there's the damage to ME. <sigh> I tell ya sometimes that bird.....

My guys haven't really done any damage. One of my tiels redecorated my mini blinds (about 30 minutes after I hung them up!). Apparently she thought they would look nicely with some slats chewed up wacko.gif

Other then that, nothing major. smile.gif

I laughed so much that I cried when I read these posts. Shah has kindly removed the buttons from the remote control and I have learned not to wear jewellery or sequined tops near him. He has damaged really expensive books. He bites holes in any paperwork I might be doing. But I still love him and forgive him these sins which are really my fault for tempting him! Trouble is I dont know what is temptation and what isnt so he is still training me!

Luckily, my birds haven't ruined any of my stuff yet.
When they are out I just make sure that they know that they can get to a place with their toys that they can destroy. When I do find then getting a bit too nippy with some of my stuff, I redirect their attention to something that belongs to them. smile.gif

Most annoying damage:
Dobby bit all the buttons off the remote control. Now I have to use my pinky or a pen to push the buttons.
