Thank you everyone I also wrote the youtube staff about this video I hope with all the flagging they will remove this video. I really dont know who to report these people to being they are from italy. It's a shame that people like this are allowed to have any kind of animal.

How can such monsters still exist in the XXIst century?!!!

As far as I can understand the drunk monster who does this barbarity speaks italian, but how could we help that poor bird?
How can we find a way to locate that monster and save that bird by taking him away from that... thing (no human being would do that) ?!

Thank you for taking the time to view this and hopefully flagging. I too am wondering how we can report these people to the proper authorities I looked in on thier main channel and see that they also have a a peachface lovie that they let climb over thier adult staffordshire bull terrier which in itself is a danger as well thankfully the dog did not snap at this bird while it sits atop its head and bites at its eyes.

This kind of things just drive me so very mad!

usually it is immediate but it really depends on youtubes servers are doing at the time usually a few refreshes will work if not you may have to redo your comment to them I know sometimes I have problems getting the comment section to work at times as well. inneedoftherapie is my user name there just so you all know I did indeed leave a comment as well. Now time to go rate the comments that are left so if they are rated poorly they do not disappear. Also you can flag it as due to terms of service
Don't post videos showing dangerous or illegal acts, like animal abuse drug abuse, or bomb making.
