Hello all, the neighbors found a Quaker in their yard and since we are the local bird people (with 7 Cockatiels and a Blue & Gold Macaw) of course we were summoned to care for the poor little guy.
We are trying to locate the owner and will keep him/her quarantined but we're wondering, if our guest should stay, how do they get along with cockatiels?
Any other advice is very welcome!!!!
Thanks in advance to all!
Doc & Jo

Sorry Doc, he needs a cage of his own. These little guys are so aggressive they are silly enough to take on the B&G. Quakers are very aggressive sometimes (often) and cockatiels are no match for them. Welcome, good luck finding his owner because I am sure someone is very broken hearted right now. Any other questions ask away we would love to help. BTW you can go to http://www.911parrotalert.com/ and list him as found, might be someone searching for him right now.

Also try Craigslist and hoobly.
I wouldn't say what kind of bird it was though. Just the location.
