We we have named him ZIGGY. Well H/D did and it has just stuck. Sure fits him.
OK That's just what I have been doing!!!! Playing with ZIGGY Did get up and go to church this morning. He is everything she said he was and more. I got lots of kisses before we left to come home, after he got use to me.I have lots of pictures. The ride home went good. As soon as we got home. I put out some of the fresh mix she had mixed for him and he went to eating. Then after that he wanted nothing but to be with me. I thought the bowl's were a Little to big so I but them on the bottom (thats what he was use too) and he found out how to get out. He did that 3 times today(coming to look for me) I thought he was still in the cage. I was not feeling very well so I was laying down for a few. He was doing his flock call and When I said "Come see Me" here he came out of the PC room into the bedroom looking for me OHHHH!!!! that was just to cute so we laid together and played pick-a-pooh. He loves his little bed. Around 7-8 he has went into it to go to bed. He is not use to being cover so he goes to bed when he is ready so far. It's really so sweet if he is out he will come looking for MOM. I just love that.



The long ride made him hunger.

Now don't spoil him too much....
Just a tip: Spend only as much time with him now that you will be able to spend with him as the days go by....If you give him more attention now and less much later down the road, he will certainly let you know about it....

Yeah!! Ziggy and family are home safe and sound and he sounds wonderful!! He is absolutely adorable!! Congrats and I am so happy everything went well. And what Julie says is very true. Only spend as much time with him as you will be able to normally. That way he gets used to having his own time and learning to play and entertain himself.

The birdie bed is made out of a cardboard tube but when I have to change it I will be changing it out with a PVC pipe, just add a little more padding.
I will have to watch him, He wants to be no where but with me. He will visit with H/D but then fly onto the floor and come find me I hated to but I did do some house work and clean out 2 bird cages while he call for me.

awww he sounds like a lil gem... glad everything went well and you got your lil QP home! I just realised mine has started to practise talking since yesterday.. making some funny noises especially when I vaccum heheh
