Hi Everyone! I'm new to Quakers but not new to birds. I'm currently owned by an Umbrella Too 25 years old, OW Amazon 25 years old, GW Macaw 14 years old, CAG 16 years old an 4 precious Quakers. Two of them are babies born May 2nd an I have their parents. Not sure of their ages but I think they are young birds from what little bit of information I was able to squeeze out. WOW! You've got some nice animals. I think almost everyone who has horses has a Smokey and they must all be very special. Mine was even though I had 2 world grand champions. Smokey was my horse of a lifetime.

Oh how sad about the GW... a broken jaw should require jail time. Hmmmm, come to think of it, ANY abuse should.
If you are where I think you are, you might not be far from me. Anyway, welcome to the forum. Can't wait to hear more and see more pix.

LOL Yes, Smokey has a cute story. My brother in law named him but I'll tell you about the Smoker in detail another time. wink.gif I had to smile when I first came here looking around an seen you an your horses. They sure fill their own special places in our hearts too.

Poor Sammie an she's such a good bird. Doesn't like my husband all that much but sometimes I almost think it's just part of her act. Guess she wants me to feel I'm her person an no one else. smile.gif

I live almost in between Evansville, IN and Louisville, KY. That would be nice to earn another bird buddy an horse person to boot. cool.gif

I've always wanted a too. Ohhhhh MY how I love them. I have a blue front and a qp. Thay are the loves of my life. LOL
Makes me feel good about life because I thought I knew it alll till I got a bird.LOL So I never know whats next with these guys.
