Hi Debbie,

I couldn't find it either, so went searching the internet for one smile.gif

Came across this site, and it has all kinds of healthy parrot recipes.

How cool is that.. Yay!!!!

Is it for all parrots in general though?
or big parrots?

Good question hmmm.

I think as long as the recipe didn't call for tough to eat ingredients that it would work for the quakers.

I know my fiddo's won't eat anything really big, so I'd have to chop up stuff to fit into their little footies laugh.gif

I'm thinking the junk food junkie tiel would probably go for anything that resembled a muffin or bread. The ex and him like to have bread with their meals hmph.

I cooked up birdy banquet for the fiddo's the other day, and nobody was very fussy on it sad.gif

I'm definitely going to pass on any recipe with beans in it, unless it calls for mashing them up so the fiddo's won't know they are eating beans wink.gif

haha they are like kids in a way aren't they?
my other half is like a kid and will only eat vegies if I hide
them or don't tell em its in there happy.gif

I'm sure if you keep trying they'll love something eventually
I know Nessie likes anything I am eating but she loves
bread things as well, especially flat bread...
