My blue qp Santana has been with us for 7 weeks. He eats good, he even sits with us at dinner and eats his veggies with us. My concern is that he seems so passive. He never plays with his toys. The only thing I can get him to do is after wrapping him in a paper tower after his bath, he chews and tears the paper towel. I have put paper towel through the bars of his cage and he doesn't show any interest? I have a wide variety of different toys too. Has anyone else had this issue?

Ha ha! Rico never plays with almost all of his toys. I finally bought him a toy made of shredding material and man,.... he went to town on that! The rest of his toys have been a waste of money, though they make his cage look pretty. rolleyes.gif

it sounds like little Santana might be a 'shredder'. smile.gif
