My QPs like to eat my burt's bees chapstick. they have come to know the yellow color of the stick so everytime they see it they stop what they're doing to come get some.  biggrin.gif i dont think it will harm them since its just beeswax but does anyone really know if it will or if it wont?

I don't know if it will harm them...but I don't think its something I would allow. There are other treats you could give them instead of chapstick..............

I would think it is a bad thing. The chapstick is not something they can digest easily and could create problems

One thing I would worry about would be the transfer of human saliva to them, since it is chapstick and used on your lips.

I agree with everyone else........this is not a "natural" thing and has no food value........besides all of the bad that comes with it. I would never give my birds something like chapstick. It just isn't right.
