I really want to buy a Aviator Harness-- I have looked at several websites What is the best place to get them? The cheapest I found is 34.95 on Ebay.

Also some say that XS or Med is the right size for QP-- So which one!?

I was also going to try the flight suit? Same questions here-- where and what size!?

Also if anyone has a used one that they would be willing to part with I would be glad to pay you for it.

I understand that a lot of people prefer the harness as opposed to the flght suit-- but I wanted to try both.

ps. I will be back later on tonight with a special someone!!

I use the Flight Suit with my QP SweetPea. Although he doesn't like me putting it on him (he makes a big squawky fuss) he is fine once it's on and really seems to enjoy going outside with me.
I usually get them from my local aviary (DJ Feathers) or directly from AvianFashions.com. He wears a size Meduim.
He has a wardrobe of FIVE now. My personal favorite is the Jimmy Buffett Hawaiian shirt print. smile.gif

I have the aviator harness for TeiKei and she wears the size XS. DJ Feathers has them for $29.99, but for that size they only come in red and black. If you want a different color, you may have to look around at different sites and pay more for the harness. Good Luck. TeiKei doesn't really like hers, but I would not take her outside without it. I feel really safe and secure with her when she has it on.

Harpo has a Flight Suit (by Avian Fashions) and he really despises it. It's hard enough getting it on him, but even after you do that he fusses to no end. He will sit there and pick at it so intently. He completely ignores whatever is going on around him and you can pick him up and do whatever and he will not care -- he's too busy trying to dismantle the suit.

I wish he'd stop worrying about it because I bet he would enjoy going outside. Maybe one day tongue.gif

I was thinking of getting one for my QP too, but wasn't sure of the size. I use a petite for my cockatiels but it's obviously far too small for a QP. They're fantastic suits. Two of my tiels are flighted right now, one loves the suit and the other can't stand it.
