So, now that we got Boogie the TAG, Luke could care less about Cracker and Sunnie...he walks right by them like they are not even there.

It's like why bother with those cornish game hens when you brought me the whole turkey, dad...LOL

Luke is the consummate Lab, loyal, smart, attentive but when he is transfixed with the birds we can call him and call him and it's like he doesn't even hear us. huh.gif

The pix are a little blurry but you'll get the idea...hope you enjoy

Hi, Lisa...Boogie is settling in very nicely...he has started to let me step him up out of his cage without trying to take a finger off. He was just scared and not too sure where he was, all to be expected. He is such a beautiful and smart baby. Not talking to much yet but making all kinds of sounds. One sound is just like a smoke alarm that the battery is going dead on or the beep of a microwave...I swear I looked at the smoke alarm just to make sure the green light was not red... tongue.gif . and just like the other fids he is making great and fast progress every day...they figure out very quickly that they are very much loved and in good hands...he is getting more comfortable by the day and more spoiled...LOL wub.gif

You have a SMART Lab? laugh.gif Mine's nickname is Dum-Dum and she answers to it. When she vacuums under the cages, she often gets pooped on and doesn't notice or care, and the birds probably talk about her behind her back and to her face. tongue.gif

Siobhan you are hilarious!!

Our labs nickname was Da##it Bear! And she would wonder over every time as if she were saying "Sorry Dad" to my hubby.

Howard, that is precious!! Sure he isn't a pointer? laugh.gif i love labs, they are the greatest dogs ever!!
