Yes Or No To........ Rice crispies

Both spiggy (green monster) and cheeky the tiel love them i gave them some this morning. Obviously once in awhile i'll give but they enjoyed them .

I also offer any of the natural cereal that has no added sugar, and even sometimes give a few Cheerios or Grape nuts.

I even found and all natural oatmeal...the birdies had oatmeal, red peppers and snow peas for breakfast today (ewwwwwww) but they loved it.

I think, as with anything moderation is key smile.gif

I taught my quaker Budd to wave using rice crispies. All my fids love them, but only as a special treat.
Do you ever give Gerber graduates treats? No sugar or salt and fruity. My fids love those as a treat too.

I'm guessing gerber graduates treats is like fruit loops ? The sugar free one but haven't yet. I've given him all bran flakes once
