Sharyn, remember, humans don't train quakers. Quakers train humans. :) Seriously though, Quakers can be potty trained. They're that smart. I can't take credit for potty training Harry, she came to us saying, pee-pee, poo-poo. I worked with that, every time I saw her poop I would say it and now I can place her on the edge of her cage door and tell her to pee-pee, poo-poo, and most of the time she will. If you watch your bird, you'll notice they have a favorite place to poop, inside and outside the cage. When you know those places, put a trash can there or newspaper on the floor. My other two bird's don't poop on command like Harry does, but they almost always poop on the paper and not the bare floor. :)
