Let's get started with uploading them once you have them the size you need.
Click on my controls: See piture below
Next scroll down to Edit Avatar Settings: See below
Next Click on Edit Avatar settings, then click on the browse button to find the Avatar on your computer you wish to use. See below
Once you find the Avatar click on the ok and you will see this:
Click on Update Avatar
Then you will see this: (but with your avatar in it)
