Oatmeal lives and sleeps in the same cage.
Do you remove your birds sleepy hut from her cage during the day?
Just curious what others do.
Thanks

spigglepig
Spigglepig lives and sleeps in his cage. He has a sleepy hut and he sleeps in it only if it is on the left side of his cage. wacko.gif laugh.gif . If it is anywhere else he won't go near it and will sleep on the highest perch instead. We leave it in all day because he doesn't bother it or try to tear it apart......yet. He is still pretty young so we'll see what happens when he hits puberty.

Kiwi lives and sleeps in his cage also, but he is out most of the day. When he is in his cage he has enough room to do whatever. Sometimes he plays in his hut during the day, taking his sticks in there.
Dee
Sméagol also lives and sleeps in the same cage. His cage is large enough that I can leave his sleepy hut in all the time and he still has plenty of room and other play areas.

He only uses his sleepy hut to sleep in at night and as a short cut to the other side of his cage during the day ... laugh.gif
