While cleaning out the closet with the help of Dodger, i had an idea for a new spot for him to play and climb.
I had an old cage leaning against the wall(taken apart) and he was having a ball climbing on it.Even fighting me when I tried to take him off it
So, I took this cage and some small u shaped nails and hung it on the wall for him to play on.He played on it ALL evening..climbing and playing with the toys.
I needed something for him to play on while we were downstairs.What do you guys think? Click to view attachment

I met a lady who kept her CAG in a closet, not a cage. Now, it's not like it sounds at all. They had removed the doors completely, and put a shelf all the way across in the middle. Then attached toys and boings to the ceiling, and perches and feeder cups to the walls. It was better than a cage, plenty of room to play and hang toys. As long as they had stuff to play with and did not chew on the walls, its a great play area.

Cool! The only thing I would worry about would be poop on the wall and him trying to chew on the wall. I had to move Semo away from the wall because he started chewing the moulding.

So far he hasn't tried to chew on the walls.But he climba like crazy on it He doesn't seem to want his playstand anymore though
As far as the poop a quick wipedown everynight along with everything else seems to take care of it.....

We have since added 2 more perches and a few new toys...
He gets on what would be the top of the cage..on the little edge and rolls onto his back LOL
It is hanging near the edge of the wall..and when i come down the stairs and he is there...he can peak around the corner at me coming down the steps LOL
Its the cutest thing to see his little head peeking around the corner
Used to have no place for him to play downstairs..and he seemed to hate going down there.Now he tries to argue about going back upstairs
He has an $80 playstand but prefers this silly little set-up rotten fid......
