I found this spiked ball at the 99 cents store. When I bounced it in front of her, she looked baffled! It was like she was saying "what is this sorcery?" It was so cute! She will sit on the back of a chair and drop it on the floor. Then she will **** her head to watch it bounce and of course, I fetch it and give it to her again. She gets so excited because she can grab it and aim where she drops it. She starts gasping from excitement when I hand it to her. and then I have to wait forever for her to aim and drop it. I wish I had a video camera but here's a pic instead.

warning: if you get one of these the birds love to bite off the spikes which I'm sure can be a choking hazard. Luckily my bird spits them out.

Very cute, I used to buy those balls for my cat until he ate all the spikes and then promptly threw them up again

Yep, those spikes are just tooooo tempting and when they bite off a large area, it doesn't bounce straight up.
