As I have said a few times Morgan has turned his back on his cage for his kennel. He just loves building. Since it is a kennel I have nothing to hang his toys on. No problem though. Hubby and I made him a second story today. He is afraid of it (go figure). Anyway I am sure he will get used to it soon enough. But as you can see I have all his new toys hanging up. Thanks again SS.

Mercy Me Morgan,, you and Harley better get together and do some building..You may make a lot of money and then your mommys will be set...
I had to pass this on to my sister who has a bird....
How long has this building be going on.....I finally had to tear Harley's down and clean his cage...Poopie was all in his sticks....But he is making a new start building again..
I just love to see them build...And what is amazing is to watch them placing the stick and they won't quit handling that stick until it is in a tight postion...I've seen Harley take the stick and shake it to see if it was lose....What birds....I know that is why we love them so....Thanks Morgan's Mom.........

You are most welcome! I hope that he likes his suprises! If he would open the toys in the basket he will have a ton of building supplies in all different shapes and sizes. Even has some Cinnimon sticks to help freshen up his house and breath!
I love my Paulie's breath and feathers they always smell like cinnimon!

Morgan just loves to build. He spends most of the day building. He has to stop every now and again to get his human time.
Harleys mom you are right about watching them build. They are just awesome to watch. And yes he has to get every stick in just right or it doesn't get placed.
I have to do a deep cleaning at least once a month. He does not like it when I do this though. He gets really mad and starts screaming at me. Wants to attack me. So I feel really bad. But I do not take all the sticks out so at least he does not have to start from scratch.

They are skewer sticks with the pointy end cut off.

Heh, call me when Harley and Morgan get together so we can get Mylo there too. He likes to build with Ramekins, and I'm sure he would enjoy building with sticks as well.

Boy that's an awesome looking hut...LOL...Can you get pictures of the inside of his crate to see what it looks like in there? They say in the wild that they compartmentalize the nests...So I'd be curious to see if he's made 2 seperate rooms in there or not
Thanks for sharing
wow! so the males do that? i'd like to see if he has some rooms in there too.

You have the same playgym that my Fred has! It's the one in the bottom left corner of the pic. BTW, how old does yer qp have to be to make nests like that?
