I ordered some foot toys for the big guys.I placed the order on Nov. 3rd and still have not recieved shipping notification?? The site says allow 10 days for order to ship...but 17 days?????

Contact them, it's past time and your well with in your rights to not only ask but that the shipment be expidited at their expense.

I ordered something from a DVD site on Nov 4 and FINALLY got it today!!!! 6 days past my step-dad's birthday. 
They said it would take 10-12 work days from the SHIP date. They didnt ship it....supposedly....until the 7th. Took 11 counting saturdays.
Oh well, he will just have to get a Thanksgiving Day gift.
I agree though, you should def call or email.

Well, I figured out the issue.Seems something went wrong with their e-mail program.It let me place my order but did not transmit it via e-mail.It is being finished and mailed today...along with a free toy
