there are several ways to go about it. The way I would do it is to take an end cap or a T connector and drill a hole big enough to put a bolt through. Get two big washers that have holes just big enough for the bolt to go through that the head of the bolt won't pull through and run it up through the hole in the PVC Joint or end cap. Take a nut or a wingnut and tighten it down tight so the washers hold the bars securely and then place the gym into the joint or end cap...Presto changeo its Attached! Same concept as the perches you buy with the washers and wing/butterfly nuts on the ends. Be sure to share photo's of your finished product!
Edit: You can do it the opposite and run the bolt through so the wing nut is inside the cage...but if your bird is like a few of mine they'd have it off in a few minutes anyway...so having so they can't get ahold of it and unscrew it works best and that's inside the joint or the cap.
HMMMMM I have all these ideas running through my head!!!!!! Thanks for the info!!! I can not wait to get started!
