Oh...lol...most of those ingredients are just options I would think. Did you scroll all the way down to read the piece about the creation of birds from a birds point of view?

cool recipe its similar to one I use but I dont use that brand of corn bread mix I get mine from the local coop and the mesa in it is more textured/chunky and my fids seem to like that better.
They like a more dense bread that they can hold without it crumbling so I usually put my yogurnt in a cheesecloth bag and hang it over the sink for an hour to make it more thicker.
