erm...I prefer not to talk about it. But yes my past relationships were nothing to brag over. But that was then and this is NOW! I have a wonderful husband and the best marriage I could ever ask for.

Most embarassing??? OK the night I told DH to start dinner. I had laid out hamburger. Anyway...he put it in the oven and by the time I got home there was smoke all over!! I asked him if supper was ready? He said it was in the oven. Needless to say we had hockey pucks. We went out for pizza...This was before Maj thankfully. My most embarassing would have had to been the night I thought I would make Yankee pot roast, his brother was coming in the next day. I forgot to thaw out the roast and figured I could compensate if I cooked it longer and on a lower temp. I was up every hour on the hour "basting it". OK don't drink and cook. OMG it was soooo terrible. It wasn't burn just so tough like rubber. His brother had 1 piece and said it was the best he ever had. I made it up to him though I made the best Southern style chicken and dumpling ever!

Now what is your most embarrassing cooking moment?

When I had several guests and 4 grills going at the same time, and had too much wine...disaster, but, I didn't care!

For me its about finding balance not really sure about the threefold nature yet not even sure I care lol I am bad.
