I think the worst was damaging my tendons during running. The pain was god awful.

Are you energy efficient?

Yes, except for my gas guzzler of a vehicle but I need it for our business. We keep trips limited to one vehicle though and car pool whenever possible. One day hopefully my DH will tinker around and will finally make me the french fry mobile I've been pestering him about

What are your favorite cooking spices?

I usually make my own spice blends like
mustard seed, fenugreek, celery seed, corriander, cumin, tumeric, cardamon, mace, cinnamon, pepercorns, ginger, garlic, cloves, nutmeg, and thai chili peppers and grind them all up together to use.


What spice do you use?

I suppose it depends on what I am cooking. I use A LOT of garlic and peppercorns. So I always have to portion off some before I go nuts so it's fid safe if sharing with Maj. My most common herbs used are the ones I can grow fresh; basil, dill, parsley, rosemary, sage, peppergrass, and lemon grass...and some others. But the season is pretty much over for now, I still have a sprig of dill hanging in there. I also like bay leaf for my seafoods, and a fresh squeeze of a real lemon.

not really I am willing to try anything at least once but I do have my limitations due to the fact I was born with common sense.
