This is my first post here. I found this forum last night and although the registration process didn't happen till today. I read through many posts and just couldn't stop reading. Think I'm going to like it here.
I have 11 birds and 3 dogs.
2 cags
2 irn'S
1 arn
2 cocktatiels
1 plumhead parakeet
1 hahn's macaw and of course
2 quakers
Currently we live in Michigan, but are thinking of moving to North Carolina. My DH is considering a job in Virginia Beach, but unbanded quakers are not allowed in that state and mine don't have closed bands.I don't have to explain to any of you here that it just means we'll have to move on the border in NC. Does anyone here know if Virginia is leanient in that law in any way?
Anyway, most of my birds came from a rescue and they keep me busy. I must say my quakers are the comics in this house and are good for a great laugh when I'm tired and had a hard day.
