Hi
My boy quaker jack is about 16 weeks old,he steps up well ,and is easily handled,is there any recommended books or videos for further training or tips on the correct way to proceed.

A Guide to the Quaker Parrot by Mattie Sue Athan is an excellent book. It'll give you tons of information about many different subjects. You should be able to find it at your local book store, or online.

Yep, I agree with Dave.

I also have Birds For Dummies, Guide To Companion Parrot Behavior, and Guide To A Well-Behaved Parrot. Sadly, I can't tell you how these three books are cause I haven't read them yet! laugh.gif laugh.gif

LOL sad, eh? I've had them for well over a year and they remain as crisp (with a lot of dust!) as when I first bought them biggrin.gif
