I have been receiving emails from people who wish to rehome Sidney. He is NOT available I plan on being his forever home. Yes things have been stressful here but Sidney,Raja and Oatmeal have helped me through this terrible time. If at some time in the future something does happen he will go to Andie and ONLY ANDIE. She will then decide if she will keep him or adopt him out. I'm really not trying to be rude I just wanted it out there. So please no more emails I do plan on keeping everybirdie here.

I'm sorry it's been a rough time, and I'm again so sorry about your Dad. I am happy to hear, however, that you plan on keeping all of your fids.

Awww Kathy it is the joy of your parrots the little sun beams of their love that keep us happy adding love into our lives. If at this time and place you did give a fid up it would make you feel all the more empty. I wouldnt even consider it either they are your family! Lots of huggs Kathy for you at this time....

I have to say Andie, I agree with you. I can't imagine why anyone would be offering to adopt Sidney or any of the other fids since you never placed them up for adoption.

Its only a few people. I want to say thanks for all the support I have received as well. I think people that offered to adopt Sid were well meaning its just that I don't think I can have another loss right now not even one of a fid. I love my birds just like family.

Kathy, Your so right when you say your birds help you get through things. Meeka has helped me alot along with Pita.

When I was looking for a temp home for my girls that was when I would be staying at the hosptial with Ray and I knew they could'nt be home alone that long. But I did'nt need a temp home because everything worked out!!

I do hope things get better!
