Well I got my baby quaker and oh he was such a cutie and he even could say his name(corky) and he could say "kiss kiss" I was so happy to have him home but then all the sudden I started having sever asthma attacks. I could not believe this because I raised baby parrots some times feeding 45 babies at any given time and I had a quaker for 10 years. After my quaker passed away a year after that I was diagnosed with MS that was 2 years ago so I had to stop feeding babies and I hadn't been around birds since. So I had to call my friend that gave Corky to me come and take him back. Then I spent several hours yesterday evening in the ER being pumped with steroids and breathing treatments. I told the doctor my asthma was never triggered by birds before and she said that the MS lowered my Resistance to allergens. I cried so hard because I truly did want Corky so badly. I kept trying to keep him he was here for 24 hours and I thought I was going to die I couldn't get none of my asthma meds to work but I kept trying to deny that it was Corky but after 24 hours I had no choice. I am just so sad right now.

That's so sad! It really sucks that your medical condition prevents you from having a bird buddy.
