paulie

has been very overly excited with Romeo,he even does the humpy hump thing with him.. still awaiting his dna results.. geez!! Poor rome he's only 3 months old and has to deal with paulie.

Ok what the heck do i do?

Do i seperate him from paulie at least till paulie calms down his urges or what?. They'll still have playtime, but if paulie tries anything Romeo is seperated. Help?

he's really ticking me off little bit!! Horny bird!

When he does the hump thing, spray him/her with water... That usually works... When mine does it on the perch I spray him sometimes... But, it is Spring, hormones are flying!! biggrin.gif

Yeah, if it were me, I would keep them separated until he settles down. If they turn out to be the opposite sex, they could quickly become parents.

Now is Romeo the green cheeked parakeet? and the other bird is the quaker. My solution to the problem is to SEPARATE them. That is just my opinion......hopefully I am not wrong in my assumption...............................

yeah their seperated although the thought of a green cheeked quaker would be cute...lol i'd faint at the sight of the eggs i think... hahhaa but it's okay- their being kept apart for now..lol those two man..
