Hey everyone, I just joined so i thought i would introduce myself. I am new to this forum, but not to QP's. I had one several years ago, which i had to rehome due to going off to college, and i couldn't take my baby with me unfortunately. I am now in the process of trying to find another one. I have always dreamed of owning a blue QP, but color doesn't mean that much to me in all honesty. I am a full time IT Systems Analyst for an international grain company, and a "hobby breeder" of sugar gliders. On top of all of that, i am also a single mother of a beautiful litte girl named Cheyenne. I look forward to chatting with you all!

Ohhhhhhh you have noooooo idea! My little guy was the absolute sweetest little thing ever. He was almost never in his cage... Other than when I wasn't home to keep an eye on him of course! He wasn't much of a talker, but i loved him just the same! he was the worlds biggest cuddle bug! He was not content unless he was on my shoulder preening my hair constantly. I miss him soooo much!
I just sent an e-mail to someone about buying a blue baby... I am praying she gets back to me. If I am able to get one, they won't be weaned until June.... but oh so worth the wait!

Hi Laura, welcome to the forum!! Depending on where in central Illinois you are I know a great breeder, I've actually bought a couple of my babies from here. I'm in Urbana and the breeder is in Fairbury.......

Shoruoq, I work in decatur, but I'm not against a bit of travel.... I just drove 4 1/2 hours to northern Indy to get some sugar gliders not too long ago, so that is not a problem. The breeder that I used to use in Springfield, no longer does qp's.... If you have Yahoo or MSN im, please message me.... baby_cheyenne_2003@yahoo.com. I would love to chat with you... Or anyone else for that matter, lol

I am gonna basically get everything from her for him.... She has EVERYTHING!!!! Now i just have to come up with a name... This should be fun. I had to come up with names for all 17 of my sugar gliders, now I have a quaker to think of one for!
They will be ready on the 18th. I can hardly wait! I am supposed to be in Kansas City on the 19th, so he may just be going with me if I can get up there after work on the 18th

14 more sleeps!
Wow, how do you remember the names of all 17 sugar gliders?
Good luck choosing a name, it can be tough, but when you meet him/her it might just come to you.

I don't know.... I just do somehow. They all have such differenet personalities, plus I only have a pair to a cage, with the exception of two cages and thats just because there are babies in those.... It makes it MUCH easier!
