Bubba loves acorn squash and I see that they have seeds in them. Are these ok to give him? I see the squash on the good list, but nothing about the seeds. I know apple seeds are not good and he loves apples, he also loves cantalope seeds, so are these ok for him to have - anyone know

Squash seeds are fine, in fact they are very nutritious just as pumpkin seeds are, just remember that they too are high in fat so just a few once in a while.

I would venture to say that a good portion of the pumpkin seeds you see on the market in bird seed mixes and squirrel food are actually pumpkin seeds. After all, pumpkin is from the squash family remember.
