There are lists on the main QP.com website of safe and unsafe foods. Chocolate, avocado, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine bad, lots of other things good. (It's listed by goodness even)

The possibilities are endless here. Our Hemingway gets tastes of lots of things that we eat. We really give him some type of veggies or fruits each day. (Tonight he had a couple little sticks of apple, last night some kale to shread up.) He also likes peas and tastes of broccoli. He adores baby fruit dices and pastas. He will taste boiled chicken and scrambled/hard boiled egg. He gets some beans and rice also. For treats we'll give him no/low sugar cereal (e.g., cheerios), slivers of tortilla or tostada, a piece of mac & cheese, a grape here and there, etc. He likes toasted whole grain wheat bread and a bit of oatmeal sometimes as well. smile.gif We just share the healthier part of what we eat with our birdie.
