I havent gotten to get on here for a while! I hope everyone is good!

Well, I have finally got to work with my lil Pablo. He still wants to bite some but ive gotten to actually pet him real good! He even climbed onto my hand 2 times. I am concerned because well, he STILLLL every time he sees me or usually anyone.. he gets excited and starts doing the humpathon marathon.. and grabs hold of the cage with his beak and tucks his tail inbetween his legs and well, with one leg scratches his self. How long does this usually last?? He has done this since we got him back in the beginning of april.

Anyways, when im trying to pet him he sort of like he wants to do a summersault in my palm but he puts his head kinda tucked under and sets it in my hand or try to nibble /lick my hand. Im afraid of him grabbing hold of my hand and attacking.. but i try to do a bit of contstant movement. When he puts his head in my palm, or moves near my hand, he pushes my hand with his forehead. Nudges pretty hard too!! He does get a bit excited after a few times then tries to nibble to hard so it spooks me.. then I have to wait a min and try again. (hope that is okay). He climbed on my hand all on his own! I was so excited! (: Well, ive rattled enough! Ohhh and he is terrified of the rocking chair when its sitting in my living room! No one sitting in it or anything. Is it normal?

Scared of a rocking chair? Yep, could very well be!! Our fearless QPs can be rather chicken like biggrin.gif

As far as the hand nudging goes, he most likely is looking for some attention smile.gif All of my birds will put their heads down and push into my hand when they are looking for some lovin.

Or if its more of a pounding with his beak its sometimes part of the "mating ritual"
