I noticed my little boy Hanzo loves having artificial flowers in his cage (At the breeders), and especially loves pulling the leaves off and flinging them all over the place.
Should I be concerned that he may start eating little threads and things?
He hasn't started chewing it yet, but if he does a bit, will it be very harmful to him?
Just checking.

I don't know that silk plants would be harmful if he chews them up but if he manages to shred them and there are loose strings he could get a toe or a leg caught in it and it could be very dangerous...Also, I would think by allowing him to chew on things that look like real plants might encourage him to attempt to chew live plants that could end up being toxic...So if it were me...I'd discourage it myself...

I agree, but you can buy artificial grass which wouldn't hurt anything in my mund.

Wow, I never thought of it that way.
Thanks!
