Five miles down the road and they have one available. Wow!! sounds like you were intended to have that baby bird!!!

BTW I used to have a store (antiques & "experienced mercahndise") up in Bucyrus. A lot of people from Chillicothe used to stop in on their way up to the lake.

Hey Gail, that's great news! Congratulations...Now remember, Lots of questions for them...What kind of food are they feeding get a couple weeks supply from them when you get the baby...Don't pick it up until its FULLY weaned and eating on its own... Make sure its wings are trimmed properly before you bring it home... And remember to ask any other questions you might have...What avian vet they recommend etc.

Will they be there to help you if you have problems or more questions etc.

I'm excited for you...now do some more home work! LOL

I'm a Buckeye too! Aurora, between Cleveland & Akron. Where's Waverly? If you're anywhere in my area, I have the name of an outstanding avian vet for you - you can private message me as I think I may not be allowed to give him a plug here! Best of luck with your new blue baby!!! wub.gif
