Cecil kinda looks like he's laying some lovin on his sleep hut.

Why would you give Cecil a dog buscuit? I thought they were meant for dogs, not birds. Just not something I'd ever considered.

Are the ingredients that are in a dog biscuit ok i guess for our birdies? Hate to buy a whole box for my crew and them not eat them cause my dog sure wont eat them. No place close to just buy a few in bulk. Also i too was wondering if cecil was drying off or----off. Dont take offense.

Yes, the biscuits are bird safe...of course lol...they are Mother Hubbard's/Wellness Just Veggin' - they have only veggies in them and top quality ingredients...the same ones my other family member that has a quaker uses for a little snack, and...the same type I feed my own dog, who like Cecil, gets the best I can give him.
