He is well taken care of here, lots of talking, fresh fruit and vegetables every day, and the chance for him to get out of his cage!
His previous owners had him in a make-shift cage. It was a dome, rounded cage kind of like a small bird cage but larger, with vertical bars all around, and no door or proper bottom (They used a metal dish from a parrot stand's catcher, if you know what I'm talking about)... As you can imagine, they didn't get around to cleaning his cage or even taking care of him much. It was sad when he told me that he screams for his food and water! None of my birds have ever had to scream for food/water

So he's very cage bound, although he will come out now after lureing him with a treats for awhile. But, being that cage bound comes with a nuroticism to him. So unfortunately he is very non handleable at the moment, and will take lots of work to re-tame. I don't even know how old he is, just that he has been plucking for over the 3 years the previous owners had him.
He's quite the handful!
