I think they can. My cockatiel reacts to colors on paper. She's on the keyboard right now. Hehe...

You bet they can!! Actually, the parrot eye is quite remarkable. They can see a lot of colours that we can't

Oh yes. In the wild, they rely heavily on seeing colors, textures and shades.

That's interesting. I wonder what colors they can see that we cant. I never thought of ot that way. So thats why Juluie only likes her color toys.

They can see ultraviolet I'm sure. In some species the difference between male and female can be determined by the amounts of ultraviolet they reflect.
