The breeder e-mailed me. I get the little green quaker. She will send a pic soon. I will post it as soon as I get it. Just gotta wait till he's fully weaned. That's the worst part. Just wanted to let you all know. LOL Gail

So how old is he now? Did she give you an idea as to the waiting period? Do you get to go visit?

She didn't mention how old he is now. I didn't ask. She said he would be 3-4 weeks till he was fully weaned. I do get to visit. I will talk to her later about that. I can't wait.

Fantastic...I'm happy for you...It still gives you lots of time to do all the research you can and find just the right cage etc etc. And have his new home all bird proofed and everything! I'm almost as excited as you are I think! LOL....

I got the Guide to the Quaker Parrot today and the cage should be here next week. So, I just need to hold on till he gets here haha. Gail
