I got Pickles on saturday. I did not have a DNA test done but we are guessing she is a girl. She is about 10 weeks old and she is a little bit petite (small) for her age. She has already learned to step up and give kisses. So far she only makes the raspberries noise. Enjoy the pics if you can see them. (I have not posted pics before)By the way, any tips for getting her to learn to play with her toys? Any other advice or comments would also be appreciated!

congratulations on bringing pickles home! baby quakers are so darn cute! don't be discouraged if she doesn't play with her toys right away. she's still taking in her new environment. my 6 month old baby is just now starting to play with his toys. and he's liking cheap toys the best... wooden popsicle sticks, crumpled up paper, strips of paper towel etc.

Awwwww.....Pickles is a cutie pie! She is still a little young for toys but one way to get her interested is to hold her and play with the toy yourself, while telling her how much fun it is. I have found with my quakers that they are leary of new toys anyway. Congratulations and good luck. Need lots of pictures, we love pictures especially of babies!
