She looks great? What was her story before adoption?

Well,
All I really know is that her original parronts got divorced and neither wanted her. So she moved from her home in Michigan to Indianapolis to these 2 ladies who take in all kinds of animals. I mean ALL kinds, they had goats, sheep, horses, dogs, cats....EVERYWHERE in there house. But apparently Misty was the only bird they had ever had. And she did not like the cats! However, she played a big part in her own tortur by calling them, "Here Kitty, kitty, kitty." That's her favorite phrase, I'll have to post the video of her saying it. I don't know know long they had her for.
I always look at the classified listings on PetFinder.com. For some reason hers just called out to me. I really wasn't even looking for a bird, or any new animals for that matter. I was actually thinking about getting my 2 sisters one. So at first when I inquired about her it was for them. But the time I got her pics I didn't have them in mind anymore.
She's pretty happy now. Adjusting well. And she gets along great with my 2 dogs!

It's amazing what a bit of TLC will do, well done.
