Hello,
I am new to this forum. I have been reading and there is alot of information here. I have several birds--Spence, the cockatoo--Ozzie, the Amazon--Ms. Martha Patashu, the Sun Conure, Bubbie Jailbird, the Quaker and Izzie, the Cockatiel
It will be fun reading and posting about all of the little critters you have on the forum.

My birds are all rescues and the oldest is Spence, he is about 18 and was rescued from a vets office as they were using him for experiments for beak and feather.
Ozzie was my next rescue 15 years ago when i rescued him from a drug dealer that thought it was fun to watch the bird get high.
Ms. Martha was left in a florida garage for 2 years with out light, and cage cleaning and was in very bad shape when I got her.
Izzie was rescued from an older woman who could not care for her any more and gave him to me
and Bubbie was given to me at the court house after being hit by a car, and left for dead. I will never know if she was a pet or wild.

I love each and every one of them, as well as all of my other rescues and hope to bring something to the forum as well as take some info back to my little birds

Hey Jax, Welcome to the forum!!! That's quite a family you have there.

It's wonderful of you to take in those babies and let them know a better life.

Now, I'll let you know ahead of time, we love pictures around here. We want to see what all those beautiful babies look like.

Oh yes. We all love the pictures. We have a video and pic gallery as well. My 5 cockatiels and 7 lovebirds are adorable, but too frisky to keep still.

Oh great, well, i put my oldest as my avitar--that is Spence, the Cockatoo, he is a typical teenager that likes to clean my eyelashes, but attacks newspaper. He does not like males,or white sheets or towels because they would covor him and give him injections 2 times a day before he was rescued.

I have pics of all of them and will upload them asap
