I'd bought my kids a cpl Clothes hampers at the Dollar store a while back, and the hamper part was made out of a netting like thing and it came with a bunch of pvc pipes for the "frame" well the stupid things never stayed together so I got fed up with them an took em apart

Then when we got billy my b/f decided to use the pvc pipe parts to make a little portable Perch so he can sit with us at both computers

then today on his way over he stoped off at walmart, to buy some dowel rods and found these ring things in the baby section ( you use them for baby's toys) it was a set of 20 for like 4 bucks we used some in my Budgies cage gave him a new perch He hopped right on :-)

then we used the others in my room we took a extra lader i had attched it to the top of billy's cage And then linked the rings together going over top of my monitor ( billy tried walking on my montior the other day to get to the perch and it was just 2 slippery) and then it attaches to the perch

we used gauze ( for now) to wrap around the pvc pipe so they can stand on it better and ijust used a cpl old dish towels i got at the dollar store to put under it so he doesnt poop on top the towel i got on my dresser that my computer is sitting on

simple and very portable

I made a playgym from the pvc pipe that was a recycling frame. Got it at an auction for a dollar. Wrapped some vet wrap on it and hung some toys. my birds think its great.
